Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at time of service. Any delinquency in excess of 30 days will be subject to additional collection fees. Invoices paid via check will be held until funds are received by Elite AV Solutions' financial institution. if the check is returned for any reason, client will receive an invoice for the amount of the services plus applicable chargeback fees. Upon payment, client will receive an invoice via email outlining services provided and breakdown of pricing. Any services quoted via phone or Service Survey are not a guarantee of final pricing. Pricing determination is completed at time of service. Clients located outside the Kalispell, Whitefish and Columbia Falls area are subject to additional mileage charge of $15.00 per 25 miles at the owners discretion. Services in excess of $1,000.00 will not be subject to mileage fees.
